When our relationship with the Lord is strong then when we go through trials and problems we will consider that we may be bent but not broken. Life is hard, problems come, but the Word of God will make us strong. The Bible tells us how to behave and what to make important. Without it we might make things big that are small. Or maybe we would go through our problems and give up because we don't know how to draw on God's help. But with the Bible and God's Holy Spirit to guide us, we can be bent and not broken through even the biggest storms.
