Sometimes, a church will need a new pastor. It's at this point that the church leadership will form a "Pulpit Search Committee" to find candidates for their new pastorship. At that time you could use this Christian image to spruce up the church bulletin. The candidates are, generally, presented to the congregation on a Sunday morning.
