Wording of this Handout:

The badger loves honey, and the Honeyguide bird loves bee grubs and wax, but both animals have a problem:

The badger has trouble finding bees nests, and the Honeyguide is not strong enough to break into a bees nest.

But wait a minute. . . I think we have a solution to this problem!

The Honeyguide could lead a badger to the bees nest, and then wait until the badger had broken into it. Then when the badger was finished eating the honey, the Honeyguide could eat the grubs and wax.

And that is exactly what does happen.

But how does the bird know to lead a badger (or any other large animal) to a bees nest? And how does the badger know to follow?

The answer is simple: God created all the animals, and into them He put wisdom, so the animals would know what to do.
