Many doctors these days are warning us about the dangers of a harmful diet. The tell us that we can avoid many diseases if we just eat properly. The say it's not just smoking or drinking that call kill us or make us sick, it's also what goes into our mouth at every meal.
If you obey the Bible guidelines, you should stay healthy.
