At last!

Then we put it through some pretty bizarre chemical thin gees... And leave to dry for 3 minutes!

Now.... We cut the humble potato in half (use a humble knife)

Hold the two halves.... (heh heh heh) and TA - DAA! The world's first all - potato contact lenses!
