I'm blessed to be a blessing
And blessed to be a friend
To see love at its beginning
A timeless start to end

Infinity reaches into a soul
When its heart before knew not
This tender touch to make whole
With love it found, unsought

What greater unseen gift bestow?
Can come from a place beyond?
But from a heaven above, below
Make loving hearts grow fond

Heaven gives no greater grace
When open we receive
The love in us which finds a place
Of faith when we believe

The sweetest pain, its deepest bliss
In love is satisfied
Its consummation in a kiss
Unrivalled joy beside

Life's most laudable success
A heart that truly knows
Is how, it may, a soul to bless
With love from which it flows

There is no heaven on earth apart
Where love can fully dwell
But in a beating, throbbing heart
Her home to bless so well
