Prayerful

I'm deep in thought — in prayer, I am —
I'm thankful for the LORD.
He's given me so much in life —
His gifts can't be ignored.

God's blessings rain upon my soul —
my heart is filled with peace.
His love will be forevermore —
'tis true — 'twill never cease.

He watches over me each day
and knows my thoughts and deeds.
There's nothing that is kept from Him —
my heart, the LORD can read.

God cares for me like no one else —
He is my LORD and King —
Creator of the world I know
and rules o'er everything.

I praise the LORD and worship Him
all days and every night,
as He shines His face on me —
He's my Eternal Light.
