My Eyes Have Seen

There are so many things I've seen—
my eyes are open wide.
They hold vast mem'ries of the past—
within me they abide.
Among the sights that I have seen,
the ones my eyes beheld,
were blessings that the good LORD sent—
all gifts unparalleled.
His Glory shines throughout the world
for everyone to see,
but many close their hearts and minds
to gifts God grants for free.
They miss the beauty that He shares
with all the world each day
and do not grasp the blessings placed
upon their life's pathway.
