Who holds in hand the Kingdom Key
As Christians friend, it’s you and me
The Gospel key is in our hand
To open doors in minds of man

The key to share the Gospel power
Of Christ who in that blessed hour
Removes the shackles, locks and chains
To angels’ songs and glad refrains

To share how Christ has set us free
From sin, the world, the flesh is key
To tell them how they too may gain
Eternal life in Jesus’ name

The kingdom key Christ gives to us
To tell the world of God’s great love
May this alone your mission be
To be effective with that key
