Harvest

We're harvesting our gardens
To look for foods to share,
There's apples from the apple tree
And ripe fruit from the pear.
There's cabbages and runner beans
All big and fat and green
And lots of lovely carrots
The biggest ever seen.
We've got some red tomatoes,
And turnips from the ground,
Thank God for this good harvest
That we can share around.
