Nature's Bounty

Hips upon the rose bush,
Fruit upon the thorn,
Acorns on the oak tree,
Ears upon the corn.

Berries in the hedgerows,
Nuts upon the tree,
Seeds among the flower heads,
Honey from the bee

All this God has provided,
Good food and shelter too,
So all his tiny creatures
May live the winter through.
