Thankfulness

This year I am thankful,
for so many things . . .
but mostly for my faith
the peace that it brings.

I am forever indebted,
for the gift of salvation
how by the grace of Jesus
I've eternal redemption.

I am thankful for the truth,
setting me free from sin
I am ever appreciative
for the power I've within.

I am full of thankfulness,
for the Life and the Way
I am grateful for the Word
shedding light on my way.

This year I am thankful.
for so many things . . .
but most of all I'm grateful
for the hope Jesus brings!
