No Matter

No matter what I am right now
No matter what I've done
I'm thanking God almighty
For the bravery of His Son
Who died upon a cross for me
Defeating death and sin
So even a sad fool like me
Can boldly enter in
Into a place of peace and love
Where everything is pure
No more sickness, grief and pain
That people must endure
Fix your eyes upon the One
Whose love is deep and wide
Eternal life is beckoning
Why then do we hide.
