We Can Do It

Guard you mind with great intensity,
For it is the doorway to your soul.
And whatever you permit to enter
Will draw you close or make your spirit cold.

The pictures we look at in the movies,
Or on a large screen television set,
The books we read with graphic demonstrations
Will shape our lives with joy or deep regret.

God gives us strength to resist temptations,
Though it's hard, we can overcome.
We're able to live clean and moral, holy lives,
And live in vic'try till the battle's won.
