My Grace Is Sufficient For Thee

Lord, this thorn that buffets me;
It's giving me such a fit.
"My grace is sufficient for thee;
In weakness, you'll find strength in it."

Lord, this sickness that's upon me;
It is burdensome, I'll admit.
"My grace is sufficient for thee;
Take My yoke; I'll help you bear it."

Lord, this trial of faith that be;
May my faith not waiver one bit,
"My grace is sufficient for thee;
Patience'll be the outcome of it."

Lord, this evil temptation about me;
I pray it's not sin I commit.
"My grace is sufficient for thee;
My power will help you resist it."

Lord, my loss has saddened me;
Our lives were so closely knit.
"My grace is sufficient for thee;
I'll comfort as you go through it."

Lord, thank You for trusting me;
To show others Your Light's still lit.
Your grace is sufficient for me;
I'll give You glory in all of it.
