Deepening My Walk With Abba

Oh, my heart craves closeness to Abba,
To abide with and worship Him.
That I would feel His great love for me,
That He would fill me to the brim.

Deeper into the heart of my Abba,
Time alone with Him and His Word.
Seeking out pearls of wisdom and truth,
So I can practise what I've heard.

Praying heartfelt, deep and sincere prayers,
Will ignite a fire within,
Praying from the Word brings sure response,
And will help me walk closer to Him.

In prayer, I cast all my cares on Him,
Because He cares for me, so.
I give my will and my life to Him,
And go where He wants me to go.
