Before Too Long

Christ Jesus' offer for salvation stands.
In Jesus' cross redemption makes her boast,
Christ's blood has more than met with God's demand.
Angelic legions fight with demon hosts,
Between us Satan aims to place a wedge.
He'll seek to kill and steal and tell us lies.
To Jesus our allegiance we make pledge,
Our eyes are fixed upon Him as our prize.
We lay aside each sin that would beset
Us in our place as Jesus' warriors.
We fight from victory let's not forget,
Christ will not compromise when settling scores.
Although the battle is still raging strong,
The Lord will rapture us before too long.
