Patience

I'm placing this trial in your hands Lord
because you want me to let it go
it's not a surprise what I'm going through
you're aware of it, I know!

I'm certain I don't need to worry
fear, doubt or fret
because I know from past experiences
that from you, all my needs have been met.

Your thoughts are not my thoughts
your ways are higher still
forgive me if I'm a little anxious Lord
I want to walk by faith and be still.

I'm going to trust in what you're doing
hold your hand and rest in you
go daily on a God hunt
watch and see what you will do.
