Happy Fall

Bring on the chilis. Bring on the soups,
as into our lives fair autumn swoops
with wafts of crisp apple, fresh pumpkin pie.
One bite makes the taster dreamily sigh.
Fields are full with stacks of hay bales.
Kids jump in leaf piles
with happy shrieks and wails.
Trees do beckon with colored allure,
displaying wardrobes of fine hued grandeur.
With cool breezes and trails to hike,
there are so many things about this season to like.
So my wish today to one and all,
enjoy God's goodness through the beauty of Fall!
