WHERE CAN CHRIST BE FOUND

by Janette Lueveen

Where can Christ be found?
Cry the shepherds from the hills.
He’s sheltered under Mary’s arm
Shielded by Angels from all harm

Where can Christ be found?
Cried the wise men from the east.
He no longer lies in a crib of straw
Where He was born as Lord of all

Where can Christ be found?
Demands Harrod’s palace
Gone to Egypt to flee the sword
Sent to kill our Savior and Lord

Where can Christ be found?
Plead the blind and the lame.
Teaching sinners God’s first command
Beckoning all with outstretched hand

Where can Christ be found?
Sob those who came to late
He is hanging on a wooden cross
As His mother Mary mourns her loss

Where can Christ be found?
Cry those who followed Him
Rejoice! The stone was rolled from the cave
His garments lie neatly folded in the grave

Where can Christ be found?
Query the desperate of today
In your heart, if you repent
And believe in Him whom God has sent!

John 9:4 "We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work."
