GOD ONLY

There's no limitations to the things that my God can do,
Need proof, then read His Word, through and through.
He can give us the breath of life or He can take it away,
He can darken our nights and He can brighten our day.

He can clean the filthy and then make the bitter sweet,
He can half a whole or He can make the half complete,
He can move that great mountain and dry a deep sea,
He can do all of this and still have time for you and me.

He can send that refreshing rain on a hot summer's day,
He can cause a drought by sending rain a different way.
He can calm the winds of a fierce and dangerous storm,
He can tame a tornado just as it's barely began to form.

He can take the most savage beast from out of the wild,
He can make it gentle enough to be handled by a child.
He can put beauty where we thought it would never be,
He can open eyes, so things we missed, we now can see.

Only God could bring a thief from a cross, into His fold,
Only God can see our future years as we are growing old.
Only God can open heaven's door to let His followers in,
Only God's Son could shed the blood that covers their sin.
