My glorious God, my forging rod,
who walks this world with me.
My anchor stone, bound to Your throne,
I have no wish to flee.
The King of all who stopped the fall,
Your death was Your sure plan.
My sin - my death, though I had breath.
In flesh, I'm just a man.
My source of love from heaven above,
who changed my heart so dark.
On me your blood, my cleansing flood,
You sealed me in Your ark.
Forever grateful, yes, You are faithful,
You cast my sin away.
You fill my heart with treasured art,
with You, I'll ever stay.
My Lord, You're He, My eyes now see.
You've always cared for me.
I'm family now, I know not how,
with You, I will always be!
I'm in your hand, I now can stand,
in life, in love, in You.
So, thank You, Lord, I'm bound with cord.
My life in You is true!
