Our Blessed Marriage

I have a wedding band and diamond ring,
My husband gave them to me out of love.
I'll not take off my rings for anything,
They, like our marriage, blessings from above.
Protected by angelic legions, these
Are mine through Jesus' blood and sacrifice.
Acknowledging His gifts will Father please.
That He is all in all will me suffice,
For He is faithful and His promise sure.
With angels fresh from God's own throne of grace
Protecting us, our marriage does endure
The hardships better with Christ as our base.
We're blessed to be a blessing by the Lord,
Our ride awaits, Salvation is on board.
