The Piece That Gives Me Peace

A piece of God lives in me,
a place where goodness flows,
perfecting love within my heart
so all His glory shows.

The piece of God Almighty
helps me live as I should,
with wisdom shaping in my mind
a plan for greater good.

The piece of God works for me,
imprinting on my soul,
the image of my God and King
whose power makes me whole.

The piece of God within me
tells me to trust His will.
So I cling to the piece of God,
content, assured and still.
