Spring

by Dave Mudford © 2022

Wattle blossoms on the verge,
The contented sparrow sings,
Sun shimmering through the fog,
From valleys water springs.

Flowing meadows greet the eye,
The soul within me sing,
Son bleeding through His will,
From love doth mercy spring.
