Never Feel the Need to Hide

each day and every night.
He keeps a watchful eye on all—
we're never from His sight.
He does not ever leave us—
we wander from His side.
Sometimes we go to places
to bury sins and hide.
But God in all His Glory
calls out to us with love.
He tells us we're forgiven
from His Throne above.
The Lord then gives us options
to seek Him and to find.
He lets us make our choices-
that's how we were designed.
"I have blotted out, as a thick cloud,
thy transgressions,
and, as a cloud, thy sins:
return unto me; for I have redeemed thee."
(Isaiah 44:22, KJV)
I pray we never travel
from the good Lord's side,
and that we never ever
feel the need to hide.
