"Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. . . If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you," (Matthew 18:20 & Luke 17:6, NIV).
I sat among the innocent
with new life in My hand.
'Twas planted from a tiny seed
with love, as God had planned.
They listened so attentively
to stories that I shared.
The ones of a Maj-es-tic King —
the LORD, who's everywhere.
I told them of the love He has
for each and every one —
that He's forever by their side
like Me — Jes-us — His Son.
I then described a mustard seed —
the smallest seed of all,
and how it grows to be so strong
from something that's so small.
I likened faith to mustard seeds
and how they'd grow to be.
With faith, they could move mountains — trees —
'tis pos-sib-le — tru-ly.
These little ones looked up to Me
in awe and with wide eyes.
They trusted every word I said —
to them, I was most wise.
I smiled at their innocence —
it filled my heart with joy,
and I anointed them with grace —
these precious girls and boy.
