The skeptics and doubters of God's Word loved this situation. "At last," they thought, "we have found a mistake in the Bible!" And as so often happens, the intelligence and energy of learned people was wasted on attacking the Word of God. Like an unbreakable anvil, the Bible has worn out the many hammers of unbelievers.
