3. The Bible and Archaeology

One thing which sets the Bible apart is the fact that it tells not just the victories and successes of the kings, as other Gentile kings did, but also the defeats and disgraces. The Bible is an open, honest book, which tells things as they were, without bias or favoritism. As a record of the past, in this aspect alone, the Bible is unique.
