"Useless," said Tamara, "He never does anything wrong."

"I'd like to punch him in the nose!" said Dion, smacking his fist into his other hand.

"Quiet down!" ordered Kasia, "We've got to think of something!"

Dion put his hand up.

"Has Goose got credibility?" he asked.

"What's that?"

"Its like when everyone believes you," said Dion, "My Dad told me about it this morning. He said politicians had no credibility because they always break their promises."

"Goose doesn't make promises," said Rhiannon.

"We could ask him to make some, and then make him break them?" suggested Danielle.

"Too difficult," said Kasia.

"I think Goose has lots of credibility," said Nicholas, "That would be a good thing for us to work on. The teachers always believe him, so we could make it so they didn't."

"How would we do that?" asked Nathan.

"I don't know," said Nicholas.

Benjamin's face brightened up.

"I know," he said, "We could do things for Goose to tell on, and then make it so it looked like he was lying?"

"Devious," said Dion in a squeaky voice, "Very devious."

"Go on," said Kasia.

"Well," said Benjamin, thinking harder than he'd ever thought before, "We could make up things, like magic tricks, and then pretend nothing's happened?"

"Sounds like a good idea," said Kasia, "All those in favour of trying it?"
