It's is a daily exercise to read your Bible everyday. It's like this, if we want to stay fit and trim, then we consistently workout. If we are inconsistent about exercise, then we lose tone in our muscle. It's the same with reading our Bible everyday and obeying what we read. It's not enough to read and not obey, thats the same as talking about exercise and not doing it. So, if we want to stay spiritually fit, we will read AND walk with the Lord!
