Cutting Words

James 3:8 No human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With the same tongue we give both blessing and cursing. It is crucial that we recognize the power of our words. Depending on who we say them to, they can be very wounding. Sometimes people say things that the other remembers for years, thinking it to be true, but the person who said it doesn't even remember saying it! How sad.
