Loving The Lord

Have you been saved by grace?
Have you surrendered all to Him?
In your life, is He first place?
Everyone must face these questions.
It's a matter of life and death.
We need to settle these issues
Before we breathe our last breath.
God loved the world so very much
That He gave Jesus, His only Son
To die on a cross for all our sins.
Yes, He's the way, the only one.
We should love the Lord, our God
With heart, mind, strength, and soul,
For we are commanded to love Him.
It should be every Christian's goal.
One day when death calls for us,
And our life on this earth is passed,
Whatever we have done for Christ
Will for throughout eternity last.
Mark 12:30, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. This is the first commandment."
