It's hard to imagine this
That a man so big as he
Could have such a gentle touch
Then share his transparency.
I call him, "the gentle giant"
Who longs to fix what's broke
And he was so down to earth
When precious words he spoke.
He spoke of his beautiful child
His love abounded in affection
When into this world she came
But, not with an imperfection.
She brought to him the gift
Even in that moment of strife
She brought to him great insight
Understanding of the physician's life.
He cannot "fix" everyone, no
But his child helped him see
Then took him deep inside his soul
To the peace of "The Epiphany."
Psalm 139:13
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb."
