Amen

These remarkable times of communication
Have revolutionized the human mind
Where technology travels across a world
To remote places once impossible to find

Advancing beyond one's imagination
Reaching across the ends of the earth
Able to teach through air and space
Of ancient times and a promised birth

A Holy Manuscript kept intact
Passed down to each generation
Read and studied by scholars and priests
Then presented to nation upon nation

Verse after verse a historical truth
We are walking the times yet to come
As God's Word reveals the future
Yet sadly a fiction to some

We are the living proof of Him
A God revealed in all His Glory
Words written lovingly for us
And we've read the end of the story

But still so many unbelievers
They are living in His Word
Playing the part of unfaithfulness
Rejecting the voice they have heard

For the end of times awaits us
As science completes the task
Walking and talking the Gospel to all
Until every ear has heard at last

The drama of our Savior unfolding
The final curtain is torn again
The stage becomes a cloud for Christ
As the world cries out Amen
