I See God

And truth is what she seeks
Strong and powerful in His Word
You'll hear it as she speaks
She can teach the Scripture
With a knowledge like no other
Step away and touch her child
Then become an awesome Mother
What a gift I can see in her
To know beyond her years
That God is everything in her life
She learned through countless tears
How I enjoy learning from her
As God walks through her heart
Those eyes that see right through you
They can give you quite a start
But she knows she truly knows
What is important in her life
She has met it face to face
Up against a world of strife
A gentleness oh yes I see
A boldness that's there too
But most of all a Godliness
Amazing what this woman can do
Today I know I'll learn from her
Even though I should be wise
I thank my God for Stephanie
And I see Him in her eyes
