Holy Spirit, kind and meek
It is You I truly seek
Wanting to know more of You
Come into my constant view
Can You be my dearest friend
All my brokenness to mend
Help me change into the one
Who finishes the work begun
By God's anointing on my life
Counter apathy and strife
May I seek You with a passion
Not continue in my fashion
I surrender all to You
Give up striving to be new
Holy Spirit, come, I pray
