Ready for Spring!

In this dark and gloomy winter
I've a longing deep for spring
I yearn for the crocus
And the color that it will bring
God, I look for the promise of
Creation's awakening song
The warmth of the sun
For which I so deeply long
Winter's outstayed its welcome
It's time for its retreat
I'm ready for spring
With joy soon I will greet!
I'm ready for Spring!!!
