Stand Up And Fight

This world is a battle we’re waging to win
When knocked to our knees…we get up again
Don’t shudder…don’t tremble…don’t give it a clue
‘Cause inside there’s someone much bigger than you
Fight the temptations as they come along
Build up your faith until it is strong
Prefer the side that you’re certain will win
With each hit that comes…just get up again

One day you will stand in victory’s lane
Viewing these demons that tortured your brain
Void of intelligence…mangled with sin
They’ll fall at your feet as you stand there and grin
So thankful that each time defeat they had wrought
You never gave up…but stood up and fought!
