Mountain

by mike bullock
https://ploosh61.wordpress.com

The shadow of your mountain
Is causing torment deep
It looms large in the background
It makes you want to weep
Always there to taunt you
To God you are a crumb
the devil's got you where he wants
Alone, afraid and numb.

Didn't God create you ?
His pure and precious child
Through Jesus you are beautiful
Not someone who's defiled
He's waiting there to cuddle you
His arms are open wide
He can move your mountain
If in Him you can confide.
