Psalm of David!

The Lord is my faithful Shepherd,
I shan't want for anything.
He makes me lie down in green pastures
along the quiet streams.
He leads me beside still waters,
peaceful and serene.
He restoreth my soul while
I rest beneath His wings.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his own names sake.
He guides me along the woodlands
where I rest beside the lake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,for you comfort me
with thy rod and thy staff.
You anoint my head with oil
and my cup overflows
As you prepare a table before me
in the presence of my foes.
Surely goodness and mercy
shall follow after me.
All the days of my life
where I will dwell with thee!
