My Savior and Lord

There are many names for Jesus.
He is God's only begotten Son.
He is God's promised Messiah.
Yes, he is truly the only one.

He's called Wonderful, Counselor,
And He is the Prince of Peace.
He is called the Lion of Judah,
And His reign will never cease.

He is the Friend that sticketh
Much closer than a brother.
He is Emmanuel, "God with us."
He is the Savior; there's no other.

Jesus is the Bread of Life.
He is the Truth; He is the Light.
He is also our great Intercessor.
He is the only Way that's right.

He is called the Rose of Sharon
And Lily of the Valley, also.
He ever blooms inside my heart.
He washed my sins away, I know.

As for me, Jesus is my Lord.
For my sins, He was sacrificed.
He is the resurrected Son of God.
He is my Savior, Jesus Christ!
