True Liberty

She can be seen in the Harbor by all.
Freedom to all those who enter our land;
Liberty and justice for all, we do stand.
Christ, our Lord, stood straight and tall,
When "Crucify Him", was the final call.
He'll give us liberty and we'll be set free,
When we trust in what He did at Calvary.
Our land years ago stood for what was right;
For many of our freedoms, we did fight.
Over the years, new laws have been made;
A lot of our freedoms are beginning to fade.
May we stand fast in God's Liberty;
For Christ, His Son, has made us free.
When our lives on earth are finally o'er,
We'll rejoice with the Father forevermore.
"Lady Liberty's" freedoms, man can sever,
But liberty in Christ will last forever.
