A Heart for God

Do you have a heart for God?
Have you given Him your all?
Does your spirit yearn within?
Are you listening for His call?

Do you have a discerning heart?
Is the flame within you bright?
Do you grieve for those in peril
Sleeping in the light?

Soon the King will come again
To claim His waiting bride.
Will you welcome Him with open arms
No sin, no shame to hide?

Is He calling you today?
Does your heart inside you weep?
Will you set aside your pride,
In Christ, be made complete?

Will you kneel before His throne,
His peace and call to know?
Will you give your all to Him
For the Spirit to control?

Do you have a heart for God
That goes beyond church talk?
Will you give your all to Him?
Will you walk the walk?
