The Tithe Belongs to God

Another sermon on tithing! How could he?
Does he think money grows on a tree?
I'm sure he must have stepped on toes
By preaching on money and where it goes.

Are you guilty of complaining, Honey
When the pastor at times speaks on money?
If he preaches all the Bible, you see,
Tithing is right for you and for me.

It belongs to God, that ten percent.
All that we have, from God was sent.
Even the air that we breathe everyday
Is given by God in His loving way.

Bring your tithe to the storehouse of love.
Receive blessings He sends from above.
From Heaven's windows, blessings will pour,
So tithe and be blessed more and more.
