The Greatest Gift

Today is Christmas after
There were no gifts from yesterday
There was the usual lovely dinner
And things to thank for and to pray.

But I am still unwrapping
God's greatest Gift to me
His love in Jesus keeps on coming
Each day is Christmas, I can see.

His Gift has blessed my family
With simple joys and love,
His grace in Christ gives Peace to be
A daily feast from God above.
