Deleted Misery

If your life's full of misery and you feel there's no where else to turn,
Then listen carefully, because there are some things you need to learn.
For there's One Source and One only where the reliable help is found,
Then not for just a season, but for an eternity it turns your life around.

While there's other relief, it's only temporary and not the lasting kind,
In fact some of these could cause you harm as it messes up your mind.
There may be people who'll give you false hope in pretending they care,
Then in a matter of time, you begin to realize your misery's still there.

If this is you, don't be discouraged for you're not on a dead end street,
There is a Light at the end of this dark tunnel I would like you to meet.
This is The True Light, Jesus Christ and He knows of your every need,
He is waiting for you to come to Him right now then He can intercede.

Jesus paid for your every sin when He died for you on Calvary's Cross,
And all who die without His forgiveness will suffer their greatest loss.
Now at this time, confess your sins and put Him in control of your life,
This is where you find lasting comfort for all of that misery filled strife.
