Sweet Release

God's amazing grace has carried me through this year
Through all the sadness, the loneliness, and the fear
And it's amazing how strong my faith has grown
Ever closer to my God I'm drawn.

He's taught me to lean on him for my every need
He removed my heavy yoke, and my soul was freed.
He broke away the heavy chains of despair
My worries and my burdens He did share.

And it's all because in the Lord Jesus I did confide
I surrendered my hurts and sorrows from down deep inside
From all my pain, the Savior offered sweet release
And He is the reason my heart is at peace!
