I'm Forgiven

I'm so glad that my Jesus has set me free
My life on earth will end one day, but heaven bound I'll be

For God sent His only son to save this sinful world
Only through His unconditional love could this have occurred
Redemption only happens through belief in the Son
Giving His life so that His Father's will could be done
Inviting us all to accept His gift of love and grace
Victory over sin offered to all the human race
Enduring love that has lasted through the generations
Never departing from His people through out the nations

Jesus died on the cross to give sinners a reprieve
Eternal life freely given to all who believe
Sins forgiven and washed white as snow
Unbelievable mercy our redeemer doth show
Salvation for my unworthy life of sin
traded through the death of Jesus Christ our King!
