I knew you were royalty the very first time we met.
That look on your face I will never forget.
What joy and what peace radiated from within.
It told the whole story of deliverance from sin.

We were destined to be friends right from the very start.
For true friendship always begin within the heart.
I'm not quite sure what happened when I first held your hand.
But I knew for certain you were from the heavenly land.

A princess you are and always will be,
For the father made you so, that everyone can see.
It just doesn't matter what you do or where ever you go.
For someone will always notice that heavenly glow.

I know that you are a part of a chosen race,
And I just love to see a smile on your beautiful face.
Some may say I am partial because I'm your friend,
But friends we will be until the very end.

God sure has blessed us with a beautiful Gem,
One who was redeemed from the children of Men.
